"We broke down but managed to get to their shop. We called their number on their sign. They dispatched a driver right away (it was evening, after hours). They driver was very friendly. We had to go 40 miles so it wasn't cheap but that distance would cost a lot regardless. We would call them again if we needed a tow."

"I was on my way  from the beach, still had almost 3 hours until I was home when my truck started making a loud vibration sound and was not drivable. Butlers was the closes place to me that popped up on Google. With 2 minutes before they closed, Butlers took the time to test drive my truck and fix the problem.
